6:00 Let's just break it down and make this quick and easy:
Cast > Cheapest option to get something better than steel wheels
Rotary forged or what ever > Some kind of solution in between. Hey you at least get something that has forged in the name but still is pretty cheap
Forged > Expensive but best performance wheels. They are light, durable and reliable.
Multi piece wheels > Often the most expensive option. If you want something that just works, for a performance car, then this is not the way to go, can often cause problems. Most of the time people put up the "can be repaired" arguement up but if you think about it, do you really want to drive around with a wheel that already broke once? Every damage puts stress on the materials, rather buy a new wheel if that happens. This is for show cars, sometimes actually way too overpriced, you're paying a premium for the look.

Also, actually you forgot two types of wheels:
Magnesium wheels > Very expensive but the absolutely lightest metal wheels out there. Can be dangerous though and might not be legal everywhere.
Carbon wheels > The new option out there. Hilariously light as in pretty much half the weight of a forged wheel but by far the most expensive thing you could get for your car to roll on.

I like the first wheel design. I used the similar design for my car. Yes, they are heavy, but the ride quality is good and cheap to buy. From design perspective, it is my favorite because I like the wheel that are minimalist but stylish, also black color is a plus.

Spinner wheels ftw! When I was a kid I convinced my dad to get them on his truck lol glad they aren't in style anymore.

For a beginner, cast is perfect, cheap and decent, especially for a daily. If it fails, warranty but even then, they are cheap and replacement should not be an issue. Or you can rock steelies like i did until i had enough 😜

I buy what I like that fits and lastly what I can afford; I don't follow trends...1 pieces for me...however as soon as Ronal releases their 1 piece forged/carbon fiber bear, I'm there...

Variety is the spice of life especially when it comes to selecting wheels for your car. First thing you’ve to know what works for you, meaning your wheel option should be base on what you intend on doing with your car, price and budget should be in the equation as well. My advice to everyone do your research on the type of wheels you intend to buy get as much feedback possibly. Find a shop that can execute what you want and remember your wheels are as good as the tires you chose... it’s a lot to contemplate when buying wheels so take your time in the process and you should be fine nice video as usual 💯

My vote is for 1 piece forged or flow formed. All you need. They look good, are light, and perform solid. I have flow formed advans on the toyota and they are as light as forged. My bmw has forged. If you want to see bolts for the industrial look get multi piece.

You want strong cast wheels? Go for rota, I have a 17 inch rota grid 2 for 8 years already, it has 40 series tires on 'em, been using it on the tracks, used for daily, potholes, curbs, uneven roads (roads in the philippines sucks) and it's still rolling today

I would suggest that a 3-piece would probably weigh more then a forged monoblock. There might be some maintenance requirements for those 3-piece wheels, like retorquing the bolts along the barrel and renewing the silicone seal periodically.
