Trying to Learn the Splits in 1 Week *I am not flexible at all*

Hi everyone!

This is a fun lighthearted challenge that I made for myself. I wanted to see how much flexibility I could gain in 1 week if I committed to stretching every day. I did multiple different stretches that I literally just picked for no particular reason and compared my flexibility at the beginning and end of the week through the splits! Enjoy finding out how incredibly not flexible I am!!!

Finally someone that is as unflexible as me before starting with stretching :D the sad thing is I was able to do the splits as a kid... for one day...the day it first worked I stopped doing my stretching properly, skipped more and more days...now I'm trying to learn it again ^^

I tried to learn the splits for like months and now I'm doing it like touching the ground while bending my back it really streches me yay

if you want to keep doing this you should try doing each of the splits after each time you stretch because that will help train the muscles better 💕

I decided to do this and so I just started. I’m doing each type of split afterwards. I’m so scared every time I try the front split. I don’t know why.

I recommend Anna Mcnulty splits stretching routine it really helped me get my splits and I also can do a little bit of over splits btw it took me 2 months to get my splits flat on the ground I was like inflexible at first so I recommend her stretches

Hey Katie I really liked your (Getting Stronger Intro ) the best part about that video was that you kept it very Natural and Genuine...and talked about Mental Health which is quite a serious problem these days...the concept of your video was really very appropriate...✨Keep making such content 🌟

i could do the splits and was extremly fexible but then stopped for a year and i could already see a difference after the first time i did those stretches

I only know 1 person who did it in a week. He was 25 at the time and he wasn’t flexible and he did it in a week. I literally don’t know how he did it. I was in class with him all the time. Then one day he came back and he had his splits

When I was 5-6 it was easy but I'm 12 now when I try it's feel like i will never walk again
