To keep guacamole green when you are storing it in the fridge, make sure to add a very thin layer of water on top of the quacamole after you put the guacamole in a tupperware container. This prevents air from touching the guacamole, since the oxidation is what turns it brown.

Avocado hack.
1. Put some lemmon (the green one, not the yellow) on the guac to keep it fresh and from turning brown.
2. Leave the whole seed ball on the guac to prevent it from going brown on the fridge.
3. Leave the guac on a sealed containter so it doesnt go brown.
In all 3 scenarios guac are kept on the fridge.

Extra tip, depending on the grocery store, the avocados will be per pound or per item. Just check the tag, where I work is per avocado, so it wouldn't matter on size.

I basically do the same thing, but I add some spices and I use white or yellow onions.
Also I make larger batches because idgaf if the surface oxidizes.

Hey, cashier here (from California) and the buying small avocados thing is a terrible idea. Lots of big box stores like Walmart and Target charge by the bag or by weight, sure, but the majority of regular grocery stores like Safeway brands, and local chain stores, charge by quantity. If you’re unsure, ask or research, but at least in my state, 100% buy big a avocados to get the most out of your dollar.
