No talking crap about what happened in your day. Just going straight to the point. I love it, good job.

I really appreciate that the contents in this channel go straight to the point. There are hundreds of other recipe videos on YouTube, but 90% of them make me hear about a ton of irrelevant crap before getting to the actual recipe.

Soooo many recipes out there, but I've been coming back to this one every time I make guacamole. It's simple and fantastic. Thank you two for sharing, and you sure as hell deserve the number of views you've had on here. I tell my friends about it as well.

Simple, straightforward and easy to make. And the onions in warm water to cut the rawness? (chef’s kiss) Bloody brilliant!

***Hi everyone! Since sharing this video there has been so many comments about how to remove the pit of an avocado. In the video, we use a spoon. This is the safest way to remove the pit. You can also hold the avocado and whack a sharp knife into the pit then twist. The pit will come out quite easily. Thanks for everyone’s comments, and happy cooking!

For those who like a little heat, and don't like cumin, or don't use it enough to warrant purchasing a full container, you can either use a fresh jalepeno or serrano pepper (remove seeds & dice), or you can add red pepper (cayenne) to taste - usually 1/2 to 1 tsp. should do. I prefer using cayenne for several reasons. 1) since you don't need to dice it, you don't need to worry if you need to rub your eye before thoroughly washing your hands. 2) It adds heat immediately, so you can dig right in if you want instead of having to wrap it up and sit for a few hours to let the fresh pepper heat affect the dip. 3) I use cayenne in a lot of recipes so I usually have it handy and don't need to make a special trip to buy it.

Thanks for the reminder to not share recipes with knit-picky strangers desperate to correct someone who's just trying to share. Yes, you can add jalapenos. Yeah, you can sub garlic salt for regular salt. Brilliant feedback ppl. Its called cooking, and you can improvise.
