►2 large (1 1/2 lbs) boneless skinless chicken breasts
►4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
►2 Tbsp lime juice
►1 tsp ground chili powder
►1 tsp ground cumin
►1 tsp paprika
►1 tsp onion powder
►1 tsp garlic powder
►1 tsp fine sea salt, plus more to taste
►1/2 tsp ground black pepper
►3 Bell Peppers: Red, Yellow, and Green sliced into 1/4” thick slices
►1 medium onion, thinly sliced

TO SERVE:
►Lime Wedges, to serve
►Cilantro, to garnish
►8 flour tortillas, warmed, to serve
►Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole, or sliced avocado
►Shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, or Mexican Cheese

Natasha I made your fajita recipe today. Was very easy and awesome and tasty. I cheated and used store bought tortilla's didnt have time to make them from scratch. I have made them in the past with your recipe. I have made a few dozen of your recipes and was never disappointed in any of them. Keep up the good work teaching us awesome flavorful recipes. You have inspired alot of us to cook things we normally might not have.

Great recipe. I made some yesterday. I washed my skillet after chicken (no burnt meat taste on veggies), reheated the skillet with some grape seeds oil, added some fresh minced garlic along with papers and onions. The fried minced garlic gave an amazing flavor to my veggies! Thank you, as always, you are amazing!

I made these with homemade flour tortillas and they were SO delicious! Very quick and easy to make with a ton of flavor. I was nervous the peppers and onions wouldn’t be seasoned enough but they were with salt and pepper and the residual seasoning from the chicken. Perfect quick weeknight meal, and bonus, our kids (5 and 3 years old) ate it too!

I cooked the chicken fajitas for my wife and I over the weekend. Both of us loved the marinade used on the chicken. The marinade made this recipe. I added a little guacamole and sour cream for taste. You are making me a pretty good cook!!! Have a great New Year!!!
