Skyrim Beginner's Guide: First things to do in the game

If you're playing Skyrim for the first time or if it's your nth run, these are a few things that you can do pretty early in the game.

0:26 Looting all valuables from Helgen cave
0:42 Activating a Standing Stone
2:00 Earning some money
3:10 Getting a follower
3:48 Harvesting ingredients
4:09 Getting some useful spells
4:43 Using the carriage
5:10 Getting a horse for free
5:30 Completing the Dragon Rising questline

Is that a mod to make the inventory look like that? Havent used any mods in all the years I've played and I'm finally looking to 100% the game on impossible. Been watching all sorts of videos to refresh my memory and making a list of things to do ASAP.

Open console commands
Use tgm
Use player additem
Play.

(I mean if you're going to mod the damn game might as well use the greatest cheat Bethesda has given all it games...)
