Skyrim Tips and Tricks: Bethesda added a way to get from level 1 – 100 destruction skill really fast in Skyrim with their new spell in Skyrim Anniversary Edition, note that you can also do this if you buy the spell tomb pack from the creation club on the original Skyrim for 100 credits. For the people who dont have the chest appearing, mine didnt either.

To get it to appear, you have to go to the main game screen > creation club > weapons > arcane accessories. You must have Arcane accessories installed. Re-load the game and the chest should be in Hobb fall where indicated. Hope this helps 💪
