Fun fact: Padmes Maids knew about the relationship between her and Anakin. They caught them kissing once, but they’re so loyal to Padme that they didn’t tell anyone. It was probably them who put Anakin’s necklace on Padme’s body and later in her grave.
Besides, everyone on Naboo believe that Padme was killed by Vader and Anakin died trying to protect her.
