Its nice hearing Padme talk about her baby in that scene. I would imagine that both Leia & Luke when they are children would love her a lot. If I was pregnant I would love to say things like that.

I remember this scene being a breath of fresh air as a kid. The movie was just so dark and intense all around that seeing this happy couple on a balcony overlooking the futuristic city was just so peaceful

I like the fact that Anakin is just watching Padme and the night sky, after being away from 3 years because of the war. This was the only moments where he felt genuine peace.

I do not have a problem with this scene. It's a lot better than the creepy stare he was giving Padme in Episode II. You can feel Anakin showing true love to his wife.

Given the tragedy that would occur, this is so sad to watch. It’s like the beginning of Episode III and the end are two totally different movies. Everyone was so happy, and then EVERYTHING was gone. The emotional voyage that Lucas was able to sum up in 2 1/2 hours is remarkable. Absolutely unmatched in cinema.
