I think Ahsoka knew when she said "I know" to Anakin before walking away from the Jedi temple.

I think Mace Windu also knew, or at least guessed it. During his fight with Palpatine, the latter tells Anakin that only he can save the one Anakin loves. If Mace Windu hadn't at least been suspicios of it before, he would have said "Wait, what?" instead of "Don't listen to him, Anakin"

Edit: In conclusion, Windu wasn't surprised enough to not habe known anything

i like the fact that anyone close enough to Anakin and Padme for two seconds knew the truth. like, maybe not the full extent of it, but that they were at the very least involved with each other

Obi-wan also hints to the relationship when he talks about his feelings for Satine and that it is not wrong for the jedi to have these feelings :)

I remember reading a Legends comic where Obi-Wan tracks Anakin down while he's on vacation with Padme and tells him that every Jedi, down to the younglings knows that they're together. This never sat right with me. The Jedi council was so strict and so orthodox that I just can't see them knowing Anakin is married and not doing anything about it. I prefer the canon where few people know, and their lack of response to it fits their characters.

I remember hearing somewhere that (in Legends) Anakin met another Jedi who was secretly married. They agreed that they weren’t doing anything wrong, and promises to keep each other’s secrets.

Yoda knew about their relationship. After Dooku cut off Anakin’s arm and Yoda saved him, Padme came in the room and hugged Anakin, in front of Obi and Yoda.

I bet Yoda knew. I feel like Anakin could probably lie well enough to get past most of the council, but Yoda's probably just chilling in his chamber thinking about how many other Jedi have broken the rule and just deciding its not worth confronting him about it right now.
