I made the cinnamon rolls. I used half almond flour and half wheat flour. I added just a bit of sugar to the flour, since almonds are a bit bitter. The date spread only covered half the "area" - next time I'll use 12 dates, so I just used a bit of sugar and cinnamon on the rest of the "area". I also added some chopped walnuts. It came out really delicious!

I watched your video this morning. I just finished making the cinnamon rolls! AMAZING! WOW WOW WOW. I don't measure anything per se. I used yellow sweet potatoes and gluten free flour. I made a lot of the filling. I rolled out the soft dough on parchment paper with plenty of flour. I used the parchment paper to help roll the log like a roll cake.The dough was soft so I had a little dough left to just patch up the stuck areas. Cut the roll log and baked in a silicone pan for 25 minutes. I brushed the tops with maple syrup and baked 5 more minutes. Let them sit for 10 minutes. They were crusty, crispy, soft on the inside and filled with gooey cinnamon date filling. WOW! So good. Thank you! BTW, I did NOT put any icing on them. They were perfect!

Oh girl! I could definitely go for some comfort food right now. Especially with cleaner ingredients and no tummy ache. Decades ago, I made the Betty Crocker cookbook's Cinnamon Rolls recipe. I was young, married, working in home health and restaurants, and hubs was a restaurant manager with another company. I loved to cook, and am great at it, but didn't have much time, and I timed that recipe all wrong regarding my available time. The finished product came out perfectly right, but I was beyond exhausted at 2am! So, cinnamon rolls w/o rise time: YES, please! 💖

I always love your ideas!! I just need to get out of my usual plant based out (eating our favorites over and over). I love cinnamon rolls and must try the recipe but with more filling, like your husband likes! My grandma made the goo-iest delicious cinnamon rolls, but not plant based. We never heard of WFPB back when I was a child. I'm 64 now and happy to be a plant eater.

I have struggled with Mac and cheese using other methods that never seem to work as well as they appear in the video. Never tried tofu and it does look creamy so I’ll definitely be giving this a try.

Your recipes are always fabulous. Thank you! I made a much different version of vegan mac & cheese yesterday .... which began with cooking the elbow macaroni in the Instant Pot ..4 minutes on high with a quick release, and the pasta was so soft and pillow-y.

Love all these recipes, the sweet potato cinnamon roll is the best one! I sometimes take a bite of a cold sweet potato as a sweet treat, but your recipe is next level. I can also see making the lentil loaf & Mac & cheese for dinner same night.

Wow!!! These recipes look amazing !!!! I love the combination of flavors you put together in the meatloaf! Very impressive!
