Physical Therapist and Osteoporosis Expert Margaret Martin presents a 25 minute osteoporosis exercise workout routine. This routine includes a series of warm up exercises, weight bearing exercises, strength training, posture exercises and closes with a series of flexibility exercises.

I just watched your video. have just been diagnosed a having osteoporosis, and want to improve, build more new bone. I will be joining you. Thank you for showing me how to progress. I will overcome this problem! Now I will be looking for a dietian. God Bless You! Fay Carroll

So many videos on ostopenia exercises but I prefer & trust Ms.Margaret for this. I also watched a video she has talking about safe vitamins which was very very important. I have to admit I was sore after the chair squat but the results after a couple of days have left me feeling more mobile.

Hi Margaret, the osteoporosis safe exercise program is very helpful. I would like to suggest that before you start it would be nice if you could give a list of props to be used. That way the routine is not interrupted by trying to find what you need. Keep up the great work, thank you!

thanks again Margaret this was an awesome 25 minute workout I haven't been exercising and this has helped me to get back on track I'm 58 years old and it happened to have been a little bit challenging for me but I'll ace it next time and I'll make it a part of my daily routine, I love all that you do and you have the best information for osteoporosis.

Excellent instructor, with a gentle presentation. What can we use if we don't have that 3-tiered stair stepper? For the reverse lunge, I learned that it should be modified depth wise if someone has knee issues.

Thank you for the expertise and nicely paced exercises that allows one to adjust and concentrate on correct execution. Tried two different Barre programs and they are too fast, don't allow for safe movement and too many twists.

I bought the video a few years back. Love Day One and I am still doing it 2x a week! The other three days I do Silver Sneakers zoom.
