🎃Our roasting hack means you’ll be able to prep a whole pumpkin—seeds, flesh, and all!—with one easy trip to the oven.

🔪 Cut pumpkin in half, use a spoon to scoop to remove seeds, drizzle pumpkin halves with oil, and season with salt. Carefully add some slits with a knife to help steam escape, then roast at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes until flesh is soft and steamy.

🌰 For the seeds, remove any stringy bits, rinse seeds, and pat dry. Cover with oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you’d like. Roast at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until seeds are toasted and crunchy.
