For an Indian taste, need to add ginger, garlic, green chilli & tomato paste/sauce. May also add raw Beans & boiled green Peas to the initial veggies (those that will be boiled). Plus a little MSG. Tastes better, then.

That knife is seriously blunt. Together with the way the vegetables are held...those fingertips are in peril, gloves or not! Dish looks good though. Will definitely try it.
