Trrruuuuee, but it's easier to maintain than to build. And if you lose the gains, its easier to get them back

once you get to a physique that you like if you dont want anymore muscle you can just make the minimum work possible to maintain that physique which is much less than what you do to actually gain the muscle in the first place

My dad got super ripped when he was younger (with just a few springs) and lifts maybe once a month to now. He had lost very little to no muscle even with his very inconsistent lifting

Nah. I missed the gym for 9 months and when i came back i almost lift the same weight (my physique changed but my stregth no)

That's why its pointless trying to get too big, get to a maintainable shape and size
