I had gallbladder issues my whole life until I started an Apple cider vinegar regime and it hasn’t been an issue since the doctors “butchers” wanted to remove it as their only option.

I've an ileostomy due to crohn's disease. How do you suggest I take this without upsetting my guts....what ratio to what..and what, once a day? I'd really appreciate advice. Thankyou whoever responds to this....😁

I couldn’t understand why it said 1 cup. I do take 1 tb with 1 cup of water. So I think I’m good?

This is very interesting, But without the right proportion of water to vinegar it's really not gonna do you a whole lot of good. I wouldn't advise just poking around in the dark trying to figure it out. Some of us live with chronic inflammation on a daily basis due to things like arthritis, COPD, fibromyalgia, and other Diseases. If you would please what is the proportions of this mixture.
