In this video, Dr. Berg talks about when to take vitamins and supplements. Taking supplements doesn’t affect ketosis and it is not going to break intermittent fasting.

• Vitamin B Complex or Vitamin C: Take any time (except vitamin b1 or benfotiamine, you must take it with food or fat to help it be absorbed.)
• Fat-Soluble Vitamins (vitamin A, D, E, K, K2): Better digested with Food / Fat
• D3 and K2: Don’t take dairy with it.
• Stomach Acid Supplements and Enzymes: Take before the meal
• Purified Bile Salts (Gallbladder Support): Take it after your meal
• Greens Product: Take it with a meal or with bulletproof coffee
• Herbs and Tea: Anytime
• Electrolytes and EDTA, IP6 or Chelators: Empty Stomach
• Calcium: Take it right before you go to bed.
• Probiotics: Right before you go to bed

Probiotics first thing in the morning with water, 1/2 hour before eating anything. They don't trigger the digestive process.
No matter what form it's in it will dissolve and if you are quiet you will feel your stomach push the solution through.
PRE-biotics need to be taken at bedtime, to prepare the field for the probiotic seed in the morning.
Great tips here, great plans, just wanted to share the regimen I've researched and settled on. (edit: removed blank line)

1. which vitamins and minerals supplements are best taken together vs. alone

2. WHAT FOOD ITEMS TO EAT THOSE SUPPLEMENTS WITH FOR MAXIMAL ABSORPTION?

3. And what time of day to eat them (morning evening before or after a meal, etc)

That would be the Ultimate video and would garner a lot of views, likes and new

B vitamins are best taken in the morning as they give you energy. Minerals like zinc or iron with food, as they can upset an empty stomach. Vitamin D during daylight hours (you wouldn't be exposed to the sun at night, right?).

Dr Berg, I have lost about 82 lbs since going on Keto. I have followed your recommendations and I was able to lose weight, get to normal blood sugar levels (no longer diabetic) and have started to clean my liver. I am currently 40 years old and have just been notified I’m pregnant with my second child. My question is, how can I continue being on Keto and allow my pregnancy to progress?

Dr. Berg is the best. He is honest and his advice reallly works. I wish I had known about this channel before my close relative died from diabetes. I could never understand insulin resistance until I discovered Dr. Berg. Now, I'm on a Keto diet and losing 1 pound a day. Feeling great!!!

*How long can you take D3/K2 for?* I’ve taken 5000IU D3, 180mcg K2, 1000mg Vit C, 350mg Magnesium, 50mg Zinc and 3000mg fish oil daily for the past 5 months.
