ARM CURL MACHINE TUTORIAL! If you are new to the gym & don’t know where to start, give me a follow & stay tuned! I am going to be posting a ton of educational content to help you become comfortable & get started in the gym! 😊
✨Arm Curl Machine Tips:✨
-Adjust seat height so that the outside of your elbow lines up with the red pivot point on the machine
-Chest and elbows should remain in contact with the pad throughout the entire range of motion
-Fully extend your elbows, but avoid harshly locking them out/hyperextending them
-Avoid “1 rep maxes” on this machine. Choose a weight that you can complete AT LEAST 6 reps with
