2 : Reverse Lunges (3×20)
3 : Shoulder Bridge (3×15)
4: 60 Reps Burnout Set
(20 × Jumping Lunges)
(20 × Jumping Squats)
(20 × Basic Squats)
5 : Calves Raises (2×50)
