Okay, so the problem is solved.. but I still can't play my xbox :(
This video was made as a satire, recreating the day I came home and my xbox didn't work. RIP to all the broken Xbox's out there.

I had the same issue. I'd come in, take off my jacket and shoes, sit down to play, and... nothing. Tried a hammer, screwdriver, flushing it under cold water, swinging on it from a tree, and every other YouTube trick. Then, I watched Mr Rogers, and realized I just needed to put a sweater on.

The best way to "PREVENT" this from happening, is to use a surge protector as your native power strip. My power brick just recently fried after a power surge/blackout and I'm forced to buy a new one off Amazon, there's not much eles you can do. This can happen to the Xbox one s, xb1 x, and all Playstation units aswell.(with their internal power supplys) They need to have a surge protector included with all consoles, the life span of a power supply is actually quite long depending on how your setup is. I feel like alot of people are quite literally destroying their power supplys because of somthing that they didn't even know they had to worry about. Having a surge protector pretty much guarantees, that your console and power supply are safe. I just wish I knew this two weeks ago.

ATTENTION FOUND A FIX!!!
Basically the white light wasn’t showing up and I was freaking out but MAKE SURE NOTHING ELSE IS PLUGGED IN BESIDES THE HDMI AND THE POWER SUPPLY. my problem was I still had a charging controller plugged in and after taking it out the white light showed up and boom! It’s turned on good to go. I really hope this helps someone.

Every time I go to turn it on, I have to unplug it for like 30 seconds and then plug it back in, and then it starts working. But that’s EVERY SINGLE TIME

The light stays on because of the capacitors which is why you wait awhile before touching anything after you unplug it, because it will shock the hell out of you.

How you managed to break into it with a hamer and thr way your where holding it its a miracle you didnt get electrocuted .... even when pulling power the capacitors on the board can still give a deadly shock up to 10minutes after cutting power ...
