Hey guys, in today's video I tell about how I microdose finasteride by splitting up 1 mg pills. From my experience of taking finasteride since 2008, it doesn't lose effectiveness by spitting up pills.

Hi Alex, can I use minoxidil every other day, cuz my dermatologist told my hair is fine and has no aggressive balding so she suggested to use minoxidil every other day.

Hey Alex,

I am suffering hair loss since 2018 and I started to use finasteride in 2019.
At first it helped me a lot but then the shedding started and someone gave me the advice to use minoxidil too.
Since then my hair got much thicker and darker, but I started to shed last year and I thought it would be just for a few weeks but it has been almost a year and I am still losing hair.
My hair is still dark and thick but it annoys me because I don’t like it to touch my hair with the fear of losing it.

I lost more than 100 hairs in the shower today.

Do you know what could be the reason for this problem?

It's been 8 months of using finasteride I'm taking 1mg everyday and my shedded hair has not grown back but I can see some small miniaturized hair but they are not growing is it bad or good pls help??

Hey what are your thoughts on taking 0.25mg every other day? Instead of 0.5mg. Also, I was on 1mg daily for like a week and started feeling some breast tenderness which was maybe hinting at some gyno signs… so I stopped taking the finasteride for a little bit. I do want to get back on it. I am looking to keep the hairs on my head and stop further shed.

I was on 1mg Finasteride but got sides (brainfog/thinking, slight dizzyness, eyes ), then I tried 0, 5mg which was better. Doctor said I should take 1 mg every second day (instead of 0, 5 daily). Also using regaine men foam 1/day in the temples. Still, I am losing hair in my temples. What is best option to take on top of that? Or switch to Dutasteride? (Also not full dosis bc of side effects???) Is regaine solution more effective than foam?
