Yup, i def suggest starting out with 3x a week. Been on it for a year and stoppedy hair loss. I had some libido sides, but that goes away with continued use.

I take 1 mg a week.
Basically 0.25 4 times a week.
Lots of studies show this to be effective and it works for me.
I used to take 1mg per day but got side effects.

I’ve been taking .5mg 3x a week for 3 years and it works fine for me does a great job. Maybe in the future if it starts to work less I will increase to 1mg.

I started with 1mg thrice weekly but then had side effects on libido & had to stop. I restarted after a while & this time no side effects. But wasn't getting the results. So increased the dosage to 1mg daily & it worked like magic. Almost 90% reduction in hairfall in 2 months. Also this was coupled with topical minoxidil.

I'm almost 38 and been taking fin for 3 years every since my hair transplant. I take 1mg 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and my hair is as thick/dense as its ever been. I haven't experienced any side effects.

Excellent info on 5AR regeneration time and logic. Didn't know about this. Maybe can I only ask, what's your evidence for that? That takes 3-4 weeks to re-do 5AR.

Say an individual experiences stabilization on 1 mg every other day. How do you know that they wouldn't potentially have even better results on 1 mg every day?

When our hairloss stabilises we can go on maintenance phase and hop on lower dosage and still maintain the results
