Thank you. It worked. So many articles were suggesting Diskpart, but that did nothing. Minitool worked.

It worked. I didn't think that I would have to download a third party software to do this, but after 4 hours of looking up stuff and tons of failed attemps at diskpart format the USB, this vid worked for me. Now they offer you another antivirus, Byte "something".
