Here is another diet plan for weight loss which can be easily followed by those who have pcod.
All the milk products given in this plan (paneer, milk curd etc) should be of low fat/ skimmed milk only.

Pls be noted that this Meal Plan was followed by one of our member and she was completely satisfied with her results. Hi Guys
Due to some editing glitch, part of video where I shared rest of the breakfast options have got missing.
So here are those options-

150 gm veg poha
150 gm veg upma
150 gm veg oats

Which should have 100gm of raw veggies and 30gm of raw poha, upma and oats.

Gunjan not every one is free to make that kind of resipe.. or working woman jo 12-12 ghante kaam karte ho.. unke hisaab se kuch plan batao.. I'm in rajasthan police & I have a family also

Pre:Fresh lime or apple vineger or zeera water or cinaman water

Bf: 2 egs whole 2 egg white u can scrambled or boil or amlet 10 gm oil

Or smoothy 250ml berry or oats smoothy or apple +almond +akhrot + dodh smoothy sprinkle cinamon. powder

Mid bf:nuts

Lunch 1:
Lauki chnna daal roti. salad
2:
Paneer biryani
3: onion prhata with dahi
4:palk pneer sbzi salid rice 100g
5:200g oats and vegerable khichri
6: 2 vegetal prhata with dahi
7: 100g rice salid mix vegetable


Evening snacks:
15g miz nuts
Or
Dahi
Or fruits with black tea or cofee

Fornight:

1 paneer tikka
2 oats palak tikki
3 chana chat
4 soop
5 paneer vegetable
6 tomato soop
7 rajma cutlet

Warm water
Or green tea
Or pani with chia seed
