The speech that starts at 2:32 is one of my favorites in the entire trilogy. Smith being a machine is so pissed off because he cannot understand why Neo just won’t give up with everything stacked against him. It’s a simple concept but I love the way it’s delivered.

Smith’s speech is incredibly written, like it perfectly conveys his purpose as a machine, that he can’t or isn’t supposed to understand emotion yet he displays anger, frustration and stress that Neo keeps on fighting and getting back up. I love it

The line "because I choose to" is wonderful because Neo has a human has choice, but as a computer program Smith doesn't. That was what the Oracle was trying to tell him earlier.

That was the Oracle talking to Neo, Smith had assimilated everything in the Matrix the last Clip we get was of him Taunting her with "Cookies Need Love" just before he did. This is what gave Smith the Power to Finally be a match for Neo. This was her Telling Neo that this is the End that its okay to just stop fighting. Thus Neo sacraficed him self knowing this, having been plugged into the Matrix at "The Source" (ie the machine city) they now had both parts of code to fix and isolate the bug code created by the Oracle and could than reboot the Matrix back to original.

The other Smith clones watching from the sidewalks and from the buildings has got to be one of the coolest and eeriest touches to this battle.
