Half Onion
2 Cloves garlic
2 Red chilli, optional
2-3 tbsp cooking oil

For Stir Fry Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce Or vegetarian stir-fry sauce
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Shao Xing wine Or Japanese mirin
1 tsp Sesame oil
