Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry is a meal in itself with saucy Ramen noodles, tender beef, and plenty of broccoli. This is an easy 30-minute lunch or dinner and is based on our wildly popular Beef and Broccoli recipe.

BEEF AND BROCCOLI INGREDIENTS:
►(2) 3.5 oz packages instant Ramen noodles, seasoning discarded
►1 lb broccoli, cut into 6 cups florets
►2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
►1 lb flank steak (or top sirloin), thinly sliced
►2 tsp sesame seeds, optional garnish
►2 Tbsp chives, optional garnish

STIF FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
►3 cloves garlic, grated (2 tsp)
►6 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
►1/2 cup warm water
►3 Tbsp light brown sugar, packed
►1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
►2 Tbsp sesame oil
►1/4 tsp black pepper

Natasha I never used to cook and when I did It was usually horrible. During the pandemic I’ve learned to cook thanks to your amazing videos. Natasha, I have never loved anyone's recipes as much as yours. I have made your chicken casseroles at least 4 times each. They are all so flavorful and simple to make. I rarely had a desire to follow anyone else. I look forward to many more! ❤

Can you do a video showing which pots and pans you use and what you’d recommend for a basic kitchen and any pros and cons. And which pots and pans to stay away from or not cook certain dishes in. Maybe best handle and care too. That would be much appreciated!

Just made tonight.. .its really good!....the sauce is so tasty....I used honey instead of sugar....I added some carrots and onions to it...excellent recipe!....thanks than take out for sure 👍

Thank you for this recipe.
I always break ramen before I cook it when I’m adding it to other ingredients like in a stir fry. I prefer how it mixes in when broken. But this is a good recipe. Nice flavors. The addition of a few mushrooms suggested by other commenter is good. I also suggest a touch of fish sauce (1/2-1 tsp).

I made this yesterday and it was delicious! The sauce is so awesome and it IS better than takeout! The recipe yields enough for a really hungry family of 3 or a moderately hungry family of 4 Lol. I didn’t have the proper steak on hand so I used skirt steak instead and it still came out really great. I can see this being easily customizable.
