I find it helpful to add the sauce on the noodle in a big mixing bowl before frying or I can’t get the sauce mix in well enough

I saw this last night during my overnight shift, and immediately went to the store after I clocked out. Got my ingredients and prepped everything for when I woke up later. OHMYGOD I’M IN LUVVV 😭🫶🏾✨ I’ve been wanting try making my own takeout noodles but failed to capture that restaurant taste, but this clip saved me. The beef was ridiculously tender, broccolini reserved its crunch and sweetness, the ketchup was definitely a good call. I couldn’t find any oyster sauce, so I bought Hoisin Paste and played by sight and I’m so proud of myself. So glad I found this page!
