Oh man, since New Year's Eve, I have had strong pain in my shoulder. Today, I had an appointment with my doctor, and he prescribed an MRI for my shoulder. I am really worried about it because I feel a lot of pain in my shoulder, and I can't sleep well. I took Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. However, when I did your exercises tonight, I felt better, and I think they are really helpful. I really appreciate your tips

(I know this is not shoulder injury but i want to know what you think about my acl injury and if I’m on the right path)⁠​⁠i was 16 when I got my acl injury during June of this year playing soccer/football . I got a partial acl tear and had a bone fracture + a small tear in mcl. At first they thought I might need surgery but then they said that it should recover on my own with physical therapyand my physical therapy ended about a month ago and Physical therapist gave me a bunch of exercises at home to do and later allowed running and biking(slowly) after PT ended the Physical therapist gave me exercises for gym . Right now I can jog without a small cloth thing around my knee and sprint with it on .The exercises I do in gym are low or no weight right now. My knee feels quite good but there are still issues with muscle imbalance luckly,
The knee doesnt buckle but there is a slight loose feeling at inward part of the higher shin sometimes when I try to pivot but it has gotten more stable over time. Doctor checked my
Knee half month ago and said it was stable but also that it should be good by spring of next year If i took it slow and progress gradually and try to get rid of muscle imabalance . Also is small cracking normal in my knee when I extend it?
