One of my best friends was a Miss Korea winner who married one of these top men at Samsung. She can’t / doesn’t even show his face. It’s total secrecy and luxury with super wholesome aesthetics. I can’t lie that I’m obsessed with it all. She even took me to a dinner with the two guys she was considering marrying before she married them and asked me to give my opinion because she’s very very rich and wanted a friend from outside her Chebol circle to give some advice.

I could see so many times that she wanted to break free and live a little more normally but those friend circles are so tight and they control eachother by snooping on everything the others in the group do. So it’s super difficult for them to get away with anything.
