Hearing how scared he was is honestly one of the worst things about this case. He must’ve felt so alone, humiliated, and just terrified. The perpetrators in this case deserve no humanity and no leniency. Targeting the vulnerable and abusing them psychologically is unforgivable. May their time in prison be filled with nothing but hardships. Rest well, Sam.

It's rare these days to find a man like that, who sacrifces everything and a dad material ending up with a psychopath. You did not deserve this sir, I hope you may rest in peace.

What an awful cycle of abuse. Sam was psychologically abused to the point of self harm and the plotting of his death was so evil and dark.

I'm only 12 minutes in, but as soon as you said Sam was 10-12 years older I gasped. I lived in Korea briefly and the culture of respecting elders is a core of Korean culture. The fact they let him slam his head down to open the watermelon as the ELDEST there is INSANE.

It's utterly DISGUSTING that these types of people exist, she knew what harm she was doing to her husband and everyone else yet she had the AUDACITY to try to play as a victim and expected the ENTIRE WORLD to be on her side.

"A few times friends would send $100 and Sam would spend $3 and send $97 back." Wow... through all the pain he was going through he was still considerate and only took what he needed... that hits hard.

It really hit me hard when Sam was willing to sell his organs to the black market so that Une could have some money when he was thinking of unaliving himself. Even in his darkest moments, he was still thinking about his wife. It takes a truly evil person to take advantage of someone's genuine kindness and good nature for their own selfish needs.

Makes me feel physically sick to hear about someone being mistreated so badly. He sounds like an incredibly kind and giving person and it's so unfortunate he met this woman. I just can't fathom seeing someone suffer like that and it not having an affect on you.

Sam didn't deserve that fate nor that terrible woman as a wife. He was her financial slave, she's basically a vampire.

She definitely was a psychopath. Even as a child, she knew the part she needed to play. A thirteen year old is not stupid. I remember plenty of manipulative kids when I was around that age.

Sam sounds like he was an exceptionally kind person and that was taken advantage of. Whether from the abuse initially or not he was probably depressed living the way he did, feeling bad about needing money despite working so hard. He was practically bullied to death. Terrifying what can happen when the wrong personalities join up. She had real nerve trying to collect the insurance.

For some reason listening to the abuse that Sam went through is literally the hardest thing I’ve heard in a case. I am sending love to him and his family. He deserved so much better. Bless his heart. Truly. All the respect and love. I am so sad for him :(

I'm not sure whats worse. The fact that she did all these cruel things to a kind person like Sam. Or that there are sooo many people who think it's "okay" as long as she is pretty. Like what is wrong with them??? It's really heartbreaking to hear stuff like that. I really hope she will suffer in prison for what she did...

The marital abuse this poor man endured. It’s HIS money. He shouldn’t have to ask for it. I would feel so embarrassed and shameful if I treated my partner like that. I know a lot of people just don’t care but I can’t imagine putting someone through this. I rather be the one starving and feeding my other half but I’m guessing so would Sam. Heartbreaking.

My heart breaks for Sam! Good-natured people usually think that other people are as honest and kind-hearted as them!

Korean crimes is on a whole new level, especially about bullying. You would think they will not be rigid to the punishment when they can clearly see how painful it was.

This is literally so unfair for Sam. I felt rage when she as forcing him to pay her and not showing respect to her husband's funeral and then she left Patrick with severe depression and social phobia. It was UNBEARABLE for me, I felt bad for poor Sam and her past husbands. It's absolutely sickening how she even planned Sam's death. Disgusting.

I am only 40 minutes in and I feel so bad for Sam. He seems like a very kind man. May he rest in peace knowing that his story will be told and we will hold him in good memory 🙏🏻

Eun Hae is a selfish and evil person and it astonishes me that she manged to get away with murdering her husbands for this long without getting caught. To think she only got caught because of a tv show makes me even more mad because why tf aren't the police doing their work??! Joe only getting 30 years is crazy and the other guy possibly getting off with a slap on his wrist is even crazier. RIP Mr Yoon, you deserved better.

This Eunhae is nuts! I'm sure at 13 she was playing the audience of that show the way she played Sam and her previous relationships...
