epilepsy foundation - please please, is there anything any of us can do to get this information out there? it's 2018 and i personally and no one i know, knew/knows ANYTHING about seizures at all. since this video has views in the teens after 4 years - are you guys on another channel? how can we spread more awareness? it makes absolutely no sense that no one knows anything about seizures or epilepsy...

Hi,

I am 31 year adult, taking sodium valporate(dicorate) of 125 mg for last 5 years.
Started as 750 mg for 6 months, then 500mg for 6 months then slowly reduced and continuing 125mg for these 5 years.
No recent record of any epileptic symptoms for over 3 years.

During the situation of less sleeping, I used advance as 750mg as precaution to avoid epilepsy for tht one day alone.

Next day, I continue as 125 mg.

This is not regular basis.
Very rare case as probability is once in 3 months.
Yearly 4 to 5 times max

Is it okay?
This 125 mg plays good impact and if sleep good hours of 6-7, I never feel any headache.

Pls confirm.

Im amfrom the philippinrs ! Ihave ason suffering an epelpsy ; its been 1year and 6months of medication but the sezure didnt stop : the 1st time he has sezure eas hes 15 years old ; whe hes sleep the sezure happen; pls help me
