Hi Joelle! I wanted to especially thank you for this video. Before I found and started this routine I had been in braces on both wrists and hands for months. The pain was terrible. I had surgery scheduled for my diagnosed DeQuervain's tenosynovitis and carpal tunnel syndrome(which I've suffered from as long as I can remember) when I found you.
You saved me from surgery!! I wanted to thank you again. You have made amazing, positive changes in my life!! Thanks for all you do for those suffering from the pain of fibromyalgia, which most people cannot understand.

Please could you put a session on for wrist massage with a roller ball. I sprained my wrist 2 weeks ago and have started doing your yoga for wrist pain video which is really helpful. I have limited range of movement in my wrist but it is gradually getting better. I liked your comment about also stretching the triceps and fascia of the whole arm as that certainly helped, I fell onto my outstretched hand and jarred my shoulder too - that made a lot of sense to me. I love your videos, have done most of your challenges and many other targeted videos and the lower spine course. I love your gentle but informative style of teaching - you are excellent!

Yes, please. More videos for self massage. With balls or whatever works. Love love love your videos. I do have a right wrist thing that I’ve had for years from Xfit strain. I will try this video for a week and see what happens.

Thank you so much for this! I am a graduate student and a Teaching Assistant so naturally, I spend a lot of time on my laptop working on homework/studying/grading assignments. I also like to play video games every now and then to help me relieve stress and I'm in a volleyball league.

So my hands are used very often. I usually watch this video/do these practices multiple times a week!
