If I am feeling good I can start with heavier weights but most of the time I progressive everyday at the gym. I bench from close grip to wide with the same weight then move up and do it again.

Now for a skinny fat person, like someone with decent muscle but still like 20%+ BF, do you recommend bulking up or cut down first. I always see either tips for hard gainers to put on weight or for really big people to lose weight but never anything for the ones in the middle. On the other hand this is really good and informative. Do you keep track of you calories for the most part with things like MyFitnessPal? I am definitely going ot try to incorporate more of the intensity training cuz I've been stuck at the same weights for a few months now due to prior injuries.

Yo I'm a medium guy I started working out it's like 1 month now, i can see I'm losing fat from my chest to Belly I kinda look like skinny now compared to before but I just lost fat and now Im trying to build muscle how long it gonna take to build my chest and shoulders muscle ??( Like noticable difference).
Edit:- I'm not the same in that profile pic, it was like 5 years ago .
