The Peter James book is now a TV series that Amazon seems to think I want to watch. I think I've watched way too many things with "dead" in the title...

For the peanut jelly button, me and my mother we did not like it, and we had the same reaction as you, we found them weird, not fan either. But I enjoyed that box, the book and the second book I received were good selection.

Gotta say, I read Things Have Gotten Worse last year since it was so hyped and I was very disappointed. I thought it was really stupid and the gore/violence wasn't well done. I don't know how to describe it... Like it was all for the shock factor, not enough build up to make it believable and actually scary. I think perhaps it could have been done better if it was a novel and not a short story, but I don't know. The cover is sooo nice though!!😩💕

Hello! If you like a book that centers around a science experiment that has to do with the mind, I strongly recommend Final Girls by Mira Grant. At just a little over 100 pages it’s a really complex story with an oddly satisfying conclusion, and I think it’s beautifully written.
