I’m at it again with a new plan for conquering my long weight loss plateau post-op VSG & Thyroidectomy due to Graves Disease. Vertical Sleeve surgery January 23, 2017 @ El Camino Hospital in California.
I lost 99 pounds eating low cal, but after a 12 pound thyroid related regain, I’ve struggled ever since with losing any more. A couple pounds down, then a couple pounds up for months! Vegetarian Low carb is great for maintaining my weight loss, but I’m wanting to drop more pounds. Watch my video to see my plan. 🤗
My highest weight; 261
Lowest weight post-op; 162
Current Weight; 172

I did IF for the month of November and LOVED it. I am a morning person so I did my eating window from 8-4. We are newly empty nesters and my husband really wants to eat dinner together and he thinks 3:45 is to early.LOL, so I am working on what would work for me, I don't drink coffee so I really feel like I need to eat in the morning, my brain is hungry. Keep us posted.

Jenn, I’m so glad you did this video! I am really interested to see how this works for you, because I have not been able to lose anything for well over a year and I am stuck, so I need to find something as well. My concern with the IF is my type 2 diabetes. I’m worried about my blood sugars not doing well with the fasting. But please let me know how it works for you! I have fingers crossed 🤞 it works great for you! Good luck!🍀

How does seafood treat you? Good luck. Intermittent fasting still doesn't work with too many carbs. I do omad but still eat extremely low carb. There is no keto except keto. But there is low carb. Eat fattier meats/seafood, but don't worry about adding fat. And to restrictive on calories is not good.
