This 40 minute workout is a full body workout that will get your heart rate up. You will be doing 3 exercises and repeating them each 3 times before moving to the next set of 3 exercises.

I love the variation of the HIIT workout. I’ve been following you for about 2 months and love the flow of your workouts but I would love to see more variety of exercises in general.
