That’s right folks. Been jumping rope for a few years now and even when i stopped exercising for a few months, my cardio stamina is still incredible and I dont run out of breath easily. It’s not just about losing weight but about maintaining your health too.

I did this challenge on my first couple of weeks, took about 20mins to hit 1000 skips and barely made it. Been doing it for about 2 months now, maintaining 60 mins per session and I hit a whopping 5, 000 to 7, 000 skips depending on the intensity! So far I lost 3kg. Having so much fun, THANKS TO YOU GUYS!

I started the challenge after new year and lost 10 kg, in about 20 days. Awesome!
I'm not gonna stop even after the challenge! I'll keep you posted!

i lost 24 kg till now from 21 june. i was 98 KG and now i am 74 kg😇 thanks to jrd.now i am doing omad and i do 1000 skip everyday...thanks for the help.(btw i am only 15)

Hi, jump rope dudes! It's been months since I know ur channel! At first I couldn't do 100 jumps without missing one...and now I can do 520 jumps without missing one jump! Thank u so much for ur videos ❤️❤️ I will keep on improving ! Ur videos inspired me a lot!!! I was the one who commented about my injury but these days I was able to do it without any injuries 🙏🙏

I plan to do this challenge again too! I used the 1LB jump rope after a few days of doing the challenge and when I tell you I was DONE! I was done! Great job and glad to see you joined the 7 day jump rope challenge crew! 😆

Yo man. I'm so glad I started jumping rope, never gets old, absolutely more enjoyable than running, can help increase vertical jump and is singlehandedly responsible for crazy improvements in my work capacity that allows me to do way more volume in the gym than before. All for the price of 30-45 intense mins 3 days a week. I'm not stopping jumping until I'm physically unable to. Keep spreading the word my dudes. Nice job

Learnt a lot from your Jump Rope videos. Thanks a lot for taking this much effort to put these amazing and informative videos on Jump rope.
I used to go for running in the morning, used to run on an average for 60 minutes.
It all stopped with lockdown .Then picked up Jump rope as it could be done at home also. Your channel helped a lot in keeping me continuing with jump rope, its 8 months now and 5 days/week jump rope is a routine now.

Sup guys I subbed about a week ago and I just got my crossrope get fit 2020 set. I weigh 288 lbs 12/8/20. Also started changing my eating habits and I’m going to try and jump every day. Wish me luck I’ll be back in a couple months!
