As somebody who has been jump roping for about a month now I can def say the first 3 days are the most challenging but it’s so worth. If you keep this up the changes you’ll notice to your body and stamina are CRAZY. You got this don’t give up! And remember counting takes the fun out of it

I jump rope every morning after I’ve had my morning stretch and my cup of lemon ginger tea. The sweat that my body produces gets me every time. I swear every time I watch the scale it just goes down. I’ve been jumping for almost month and I’m not doing any specific challenges.

I jump rope to increase my stamina/endurance and I eventually want to be able to do them cool tricks. Fat loss and overall body composition will be a beautiful benefit. So I jump rope at least 4x a week. No more than that!

I love to see a good realistic work out and appreciate showing that it's fine to stop and start again as I know for me I would of been beating myself up thinking I'm failing but so glad how u say it as it really is, gives me the encouragement and confidence to keep going and not give up ❤️

I'm going to start today! 7-27 3pm!

Update: 7-30_ I skipped day 2 but I continued today and I feel great! I have been doing it before my 60min work out class so it's actually a nice warm up and helps me burn more calories. I'll try to keep it up for the full 7 days!

Did the day 1 jump rope challenge today! I stopped so many times but didn't quit and did the ab workout at the end! Thank you, I was motivated to keep going because of you!

For anyone struggling remember: it gets easier, don't give up !

When I jumped roped last year ( for the first time in YEARS) I felt the same way I was out of breathe and it hurt to keep going but doing it every day or every other day my body started to get conditioned and I was doing 3 -4 mins then 10 mins without thinking about it. And always take a break if necessary 60 to 30 secs is fine like Essie did in the video.

I do your 2 in 1 ab and glutes workout. It took me awhile to get through without stopping. So I am excited to be able to one day do this video without stopping as well. I was so glad that yall have a jump rope video. Love the play list.

Yes! Love this work out. I use to add it as part of my interval training as a group fitness instructor. Also taught it as a sport to the youth. You guys and very inspiring! People underestimate the benefits of jumping rope. Thank you for all you do! 😊
