Showing Padme’s diplomatic aptitude in her Jedi training and her passion, and making her eventually become a Jedi and Senator, how you brought her back to Naboo for Ep 1, still went to Tattooine with Anakin, how her connection to him started off just a mission but turned to love, having Palpatine use THIS as the knife twist to Anakin’s heart, and also being the thing to pull him back.

As a variant to this scenario, what if Padme was force sensitive, but her talent went undiscovered until she forged a bond with Anakin? He discovers her latent force talent and decides to train her himself, in secret, since she is far too old to join the Jedi. I imagine 18 year-old Anakin from Attack of the Clones, with all his character flaws, insecurities and anger issues, thinking he is wiser than all the Jedi, accidentally corrupting the woman he loves. When his botched teaching leads her to the Dark side, it is he who must destroy the Sith, at the cost of his own heart.

The song Clarity by Zedd is the best way to describe Anakin and Padme's love here.

One of the lyrics, "If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?"

This is the perfect way to describe Anakin's emotions after Palpatine twisted Padme befriending Anakin into her spying on him

"If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?"

Padme gets clarity as to why Anakin feels so betrayed and helps share that clarity causing the death of Palpatine and the victory of the Jedi.

This also describes Padme's reluctance to act on her feelings for Anakin.

I sincerely thank you for such a wonderful story! It was great! This is the story that Anakin and Padme really deserve. To be honest, when you said that they would not get married, I thought that this would not happen at all, and I was a little upset. But, fortunately, it did happen, and, by the way, the fact that Anakin and Padme had only one child is unusual for such alternative stories. And, the fact that they named their son Jin, in honor of the deceased Jedi master, is very sweet🤗 Thanks again. I wish you inspiration and success in your work!
