Without Palpatine, Dooku would have used the massive CIS army and won. For those who don’t know the CIS would have won easily if it wasn’t because Palpatine wanted the Republic to win and turned it into the Empire.

Palpatine pulling the strings worked to the republics advantage. In truth if it wasn’t for palatine, the CIS would’ve easily overrun the republic and clone troopers

I think you got the CIS and Republic's situations backwards. Without Sidious holding them back, the Separatists would just steamroll the Republic. _Especially_ since the Jedi Purge still happened.
