I think this should've been a two or three part story. I think Leia's resentment of the Skywalker's festers and grows if Vader doesn't face any real consequences. With the variables of Padme brought back from the dead and Vader (Leia sees no difference Anakin/vader) happy with his family, Leia pulls a Palpatine. She turns to darkside, while being trained by Ventress, Fett, and eventually Palpatine's clones, then becomes Chancellor. IMO this story Leia turning darkside is almost a given.

E.G- palpatine went to oversee a battle then he saw 2 Jedi save a child and he asked Anakin about the Jedi then tells Anakin he is a sith lord and he wants to be forgiven.
