Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest Episode 52 - Questin' Round

In this episode, I complete Go with the Flow, complete another quest in The End, and take my first steps towards Tree Breeding.

Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest is a Minecraft gamepak by Jadedcat, available on the Feed the Beast launcher. As the sole survivor of a cataclysm you must rebuild and repopulate the planet while defeating minions of darkness that leak through from the nether realms. You start with nothing, and must create an entire world's worth of materials to reboot your civilization.

Forget everything you know about Minecraft. This no mere modpack, but a full-on gamepack. No vanilla tools. Starvation is a real threat. Food needs that cannot be solved by planting three wheat. Try not to die in a new way to play from the depths of Jadedcat's twisted mind. This world might not want you dead, but it will giggle like mad if you die.

BTW I can't believe you are almost done with all those quest! I still got a lot to do and that cobble quest of mine will take forever. 500K in 4-5 hours.

I'm kinda sorta binging on your videos. Good stuff. I wish you could be involved in the yogscast for your competency. 

One thought: Your smelting/pulverizing line seems to be single-threaded per ore. Have you considered setting up a multi-threaded redstone furnace farm and pulverising farm such that huge requests can be farmed out?

What is your current ME assembler setup? As in, crafting versus pattern ratio.
I don't recall you mentioning it since you upgraded it off-screen - though I might've missed it.

oh that fountain is interesting, if that can pump out mob essence it will make drinking it much easier, straw rather than a cup, gonna test that.  I love this pack, it's introducing me to many blocks that I never even knew existed.

wondering about the quests that dont open others but do complete the section, surely you wont open the corresponding part in 'the end' if you dont complete all the quest?

if you wanted to get mushrooms even faster you can grow Pam's harvest craft shrooms in your farm. Called White Mushrooms and the "seed" is called White Mushroom Spore.

2:32 You can make your system more efficient by using ME Fuzzy Export Buses instead of Precision Buses. Fuzzy has included bee properties, where it will ignore all the rest of the data for that bee/comb. You only need to put 1 comb of any type into the fuzzy filter, set to 'Ignore Damage', and it will send ALL of the different combs to the centrifuges.

You should use fuzzy export busses for combs, that way you only need to put one comb, and it recognizes all other types :)
