Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest Episode 14 - Quests, Setbacks, and a Cow Factory

In this episode, I progress the quest chains, suffer a nasty setback, and build a surprise cow factory.

Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest is a Minecraft gamepak by Jadedcat, available on the Feed the Beast launcher. As the sole survivor of a cataclysm you must rebuild and repopulate the planet while defeating minions of darkness that leak through from the nether realms. You start with nothing, and must create an entire world's worth of materials to reboot your civilization.

Forget everything you know about Minecraft. This no mere modpack, but a full-on gamepack. No vanilla tools. Starvation is a real threat. Food needs that cannot be solved by planting three wheat. Try not to die in a new way to play from the depths of Jadedcat's twisted mind. This world might not want you dead, but it will giggle like mad if you die.

Not sure if it has been figured out yet but you do not have to place item/fluiducts on the backs of the blocks. They will auto output to an adjacent inventory.

VERY nice series so far! The TNT bat was a bit unfortunate though it was funny (for us anyway :P ). And yes, the sewers will get sewage from players and pretty much ANY mob/animal entities in its area of influence. They can also use upgrades to make the range larger allowing you to spread them out a bit. The sewers can also collect mob essence, which you may have discovered already, but just in case someone reading this didn't know, there it is. lol ;) Excellent work, good Sir!

Another way to get the rose instead of bonemeal is to sieve grass blocks - 6% chance per block. Once you have one you can then dye a sheep and pulverise the coloured wool.
