I figured this out shortly after I watched that scene in 1883 a couple of years back. I certainly hope that it comes true - which would hopefully keep the land unspoiled forever!!!!

Sad & excited at the same time. One of the best shows ever. I’d like to see Rip & Beth take over the ranch since Rip cares more for it than Kasey ever has. Beth knows finance & she can keep it going financially. I know Tate is the only grandson but I’d rather see Rip be in charge, he’s been there his whole life. He’s worked tirelessly for it & defended it with everything he has.

It's not hard at all to know how it ends. Obvi they will give it back to the reservation, in addition Beth can't have children, the other one is adopted so only Kacey has descendants his son is half native.

It's hard to say if they are gonna give it to the Indians or if they are going to sell it to RIP for $1 and lease it from him. What I think people forget is that regardless of what happens if the Ranch gets passed down to Tate in a sense it has returned to the Natives and it fulfills the 7 generations prophecy. Perhaps they sell it to Carter, Dunno.
