Did you predict that happening to Sarah? I definitely didn't! Let me know what you thought of the episode in the comments

Don't forget that old man Dutton let the indians bury their chief on The Yellowstone. I have been waiting a long time for this to resurface. This would make The Yellowstone sacred and protected land.

OK, the actress who plays Sarah is seriously amazing. When I realized she was the hardcore Christian on 1883, I was blown away

HOLY SHIPS that was one of those rare moments; a legit shocking 'WTF' moment in a tv show. No warning, or spoilers, just a top quality shock moment! Loved it.

I knew Sarah was dead when she tried to call the org and the number was disconnected...

Possibly the best episode in Yellowstone history ever, certainly the best without Costner. Luke Grimes stole the show last night and should he nominated for and win an Emmy for his performance this season, so should Kelly Reilly as the wicked and wild and grieving Beth Dutton. My heart broke for them both in this season. Luke was incredible during the death investigation in coroner’s office, as convincing as ever and as intense and haunted as can be while laser focused and holding it together to get to his father’s killers. His experience in the military as a Navy SEAL is finally thoroughly in the spotlight and helping him more than ever get to the perpetrators of this terrible injustice. As hard as it is not having the patriarch John Dutton/the great Kevin Costner in this season, i am really glad they spent the whole episode focused on solving his murder and that positive progress was made, led by Kayce a man on a mission. Loved when he threw Jaime over the desk and wish he would have done more.

Man that shit was chilling when KC saw his dad and explained how a military operation would pull off a hit like that and explained it would take three guys to do it and to do it this way and they did to John Dutton the exact way KC explained. They missed KC military background and now the thunder is gonna come down hard. Don’t mess with The Duttons revenge is coming

I keep thinking back to an early episode, it was a flash back scene where the Native America tribe asked the then the father of John Dutton permission to bury a member of the tribe on the Dutton land. I have always been waiting to see if that would come back up at some point. As a way to prevent construction on that part of land or something....idk.

wow!!! Last night’s episode was epic! Was great to see some consequences finally occur for Sarah and Jamie and some semblance of justice finally begin to happen for John. I once felt bad for Jaime as they often treated him terribly but the level of treachery he stooped to is unforgivable. Hoping it’s Rip who does him in because it would haunt Kayce to have to kill his own brother and having him go to prison would result in the whole family going down. I want to see Beth and Rip be ok and Kayce and his beautiful family be happy and stay in the beautiful ranch house they just fixed up. And Jaime is long overdue for a trip to the train station.

Once the death was changed to undetermined, and the PD opening a murder investigation, her days were numbered. When " Grant" was on the phone, it was to tell his people to tie up loose ends. At first I expected her car to blow up as she left Jamie's, but that was too obvious. Then, at the stop light as she was talking to Jamie, you see a car roll up next to hers in the background. This was where it would happen. It was a bold move, in broad daylight and in a residential area, but they were pros. Not knowing the extent of what Sarah may or may not have told Jamie about hit, the company might view Jamie as another loose end ( I would if I were them). Can't try to fake another suicide and a hit is out of the question, so if they do, they'd make it look like an accident. I think Kacey's contact will provide some intel that eventually tie the whole thing to Market Equities, blowing the whole deal.

Stunned at what happened to Sarah! I didn't see that coming! I was hoping for an epic Sarah/Beth showdown; but Beth will probably get her showdown with Jamie and be the last thing he sees, as she said. I also see Beth and RIP and crew staying with 4-sixes in Texas and I see Jamie/Monica/Tate keeping their chunk of Yellowstone and possibly the tribe taking the rest of the land?

me too I almost fell off my chair when Sarah got taken out, I so wanted to see Beth punch her lights out, Jamie is in trouble soon as Beth hears Sarah was shot anyone with a brain would think the hit Men are cleaning up and Beth knows she was Jamie GF, Kayce and Beth won't give up so easy. could we see Jamie save himself by saving the Yellowstone Jamie is a Hot shot lawyer and I can't see Kayce and Beth not take revenge on the guys who Killed john, I'm also thinking why have they wasted the 1st 3 episodes on BS about nothing than cow punching why isn't Rip going ballistic over John's murder Taylor Sheriton has got us all wondering his choices in season 5 part 2

Wow Sarah got taken out prematurely, because of her own mistake. I wasn't expecting this to happen. And why is Jamie crying? She was literally playing him the entire time as if she cared about him. So now that the assassins have gotten Sarah, most likely with Jamie's number in her phone as well as him hearing the shots on the call he's going to be considered a loose end sadly. I don't want any of the characters to die(from the main cast), but what happens when Jamie runs out of options and has to tell the truth about Sarah to his siblings since he has nowhere else to hide? That is what I'm expecting, or he'll run to Lynelle or Rip, because at this point it really is just Jamie by himself in a very dangerous situation while Beth and Kayce are trying to prolong their father's dream with little to no options. Great episode can't wait for the next. And bravo to the actress who played Sarah and the Dutton's ancestor/relative from the prequel spinoff.
