The man who has only one identity is really courageous person. We need to be confident enough to follow our hearts without trying to please everyone...Just four words...Dare to be you!

Thank you Jay for another dose of mindfulness!

You go, Jay! it is so cool that we live in a time where anyone can be a teacher, sharing wisdom, and can reach pupils all around the world! the internet allows us to get any education we want! what a fantastic opportunity!

I love having you as a teacher on my journey, and I hope to also be a good teacher to the subscribers I have. Let's all share wisdom, insights and compassion. 🔥

Love this!! Jay, isn’t self-actualization, digging deeper to find who you are, removing all your identities; an act of self-love?? I think when we face ourselves, forgive ourselves and accept our good and bad qualities while making a commitment to improve; that is self love. Then we can say we “beat the system”!! We are now truly free to be whom were were meant to be and dreamed of being at age 5 ❤️

“Bring out yourself rather than define yourself” - very well said Jay. I guess self realisation, self exploration and self reflection is vital to attain self actualisation.

So refreshing and mind blowing. This video really opens our frame of thinking about who really we are with self-actualization but not just by pretending to be someone else. Thanks Jay. 👍

added to my morning rituals. I am feeling motivated. The great take-away for me was that I am one person, and that person is more than what my parents and others expect me to be. I am me for my own purpose. If that helps someone else, GREAT. But that is only a bi-product of the ultimate purpose, which is, to understand and accept myself. Self actualization and self awareness!!!

If we don't know who we are, how can we show ourselves to the world? If we don't know our strengths how do we know who we can help? and so on.

We must live with our true identities if we want to make a difference in the world.

You have a wonderful ability not just to be articulate, but to have every word you use carry deep meaning. Nothing is extraneous to the message you are delivering at the moment. Thank you for your insights, and thank you for your videos :) They are terrific:)

You sir, are my role model. You are where I see myself in 5-10 years. You only reiterate what I've come to understand. Only my head holds me back sometimes. My heart is light and my hands are giving. Any experience for me from you Jay? Or anyone?

Jay, thanks a lot, you just got me my awareness back when I needed it the most because I'm on the airport and I was struggling with this fake identity and was finding it really difficult to be aware and be myself from the INSIDE. Thanks a TONNE BRO :)

I have been watching your videos for one week now. I am hooked to your channel. I started learning English two years ago and was struggling to improve myself further. I got stuck at a point and gave up, but the day I started watching your videos I am back on learning new English words and even mimic your videos on here to improve my fluency haha thanks a lot and God bless you.

Jay - I discovered you under two minutes ago, and have arrived at your channel for I am a teacher of language and like to utilise wisdom in the language I use as materials for my students. I am commenting because the previous sentence is the antithesis to the message in this video. As a rather old man now I would like to share a nugget of information, the wise student does follow the wise teacher who shares insights deeper than school curricular. There is a juxtaposition in curricular, the body of knowledge needed is there, yet peripheral knowledge isn't. Many teachers fall fowl to grades and personal merit in having successful students who gain them. Personally I like nothing more than failing fools each semester, it's within that method that I impart a life lesson - jump the bar before learning to fly. Education is that, and the higher echelons of examination planners in the classic disciplines are fully aware of it. I know because I met a few once, and their mentoring was better than medical counselling. It is the stress of teachers' jobs that can affect their human feelings and intuition.

I fight my students, I never hug them, because ultimately I love them for being the future, the trees that I will never see bear fruit. Once they fight back and hurt my emotions, I smile inwardly and give myself a pat on the back. Never trust a school teacher who smiles, they couldn't give a toss about you, the smile is deflection of your interest and curiosity, for they fear too many complicated questions. I'm surprised I still have work - I send kids off home full of parental critique. Oh and one last thought - never forget that education is an industry, like you we all are in it to make money, some of us in a fulfilling way, and for a cheaper fee.
