How to Survive your First Day in Project Zomboid
Your First Day in Project Zomboid can be a little intimidating. You'll find yourself in a zombie apocalypse where you have to scavenge for supplies, find weapons, and survive against the undead. When starting out, it's important for new players to remember that the clock is ticking; every decision they make will impact their chances of survival.

Thanks for watching!

The quality, the editing, and the flow of your videos are absolutely impeccable - keep it up! ( also, shoutout to your determination and passion for taking on a rather smaller gaming community of PZ )

How to survive your first day in Project Zomboid.

1) Turn off the TV.
2) Turn off the lights.
3) Shut the blinds.
4) Find the most isolated room in your house.
5) Get in and close the door.
6) Hide in the corner.
7) Cry.

There! First day survived. Congrats! :D

I gather as much fresh food as possible from the surrounding houses after getting my first safehouse secured. I spend the rest of the time cooking and reading.

Hey, uh, you should totally be a voice actor or something. I could listen to you genuinely all day and never be bored.

Your videos are to the point and really honest about the game. Alot of day one guides are vague and open ended with advice.

You literally saved my life, the PZ Map Project is exactly what I needed. I've spent over 4 hours trying to find out which map my character spawned in. Thank you

Usually in the first few weeks, I secure ample food supplies to last me atleast 3 days and acquire a water container. I then usually try to find a basic blunt weapon. Preferably a baseball bat with nails. Then I try to search for a "stealth car". I find that cars with extremely low noise generation (under 35 noise) are invaluable to survival. Alowing you to sneak into areas and park close by without attracting to many zombies and alowing for a quick escape route if things get hairy. After that I usually head off to the farmland areas. Usually up where dixie is and raid the farmhouses for weapons, food, clothing and tools. And slowly work my way up to being able to venture into dixie itself and set myself up for base building. From there on I usually set up a base in a quiet central area and go from there. Hoarding buckets of water and preparing for the power grid and water to shut off.

*Why this is GREAT.*
1.) Clear Voice.
2.) Excellent Summary of Needs.
3.) Because it is a Nurse who is talking.

What you do in the dirst day:
1. Watch tv
2. Find basic stuff for a small sneaking trip to the supermarket to secure all fresh food in the freezers in ther to be picked up later.
3. Going to school to grab a backpack.
4. Going to the firestation to find an axe and a first aid kit while raiding all tool sheds in the way for other useful tools
5. Finding a vehicle to pay a visit to the military base and obviously leaving the car on the highway not going to the military base in the forest with it because you will not going to get back with the car if you do.

It's so funny how many people think you're a tts in your "did you know that in project zomboid" videos. You got me back into this game after like 10 years and now I can't stop playing, so thanks (maybe)

I just got done grinding from level 9 to level 10 strength. I needed 125, 000 exp. I realized that if I had been doing burpees to get that, and started from 0 strength and fitness, I would have already had 7 to both. So I think I'm going to start doing weak+unfit+obese/very underweight on my next play through. Those sweet, sweet 28 bonus starting points.

If you've picked a nice place to live and find that not all of the windows have curtains, and you also don't have any sheets to cover the windows, you can go to another house and just steal all of the curtains you want with the furniture pick up mechanic.

It's probably pretty obvious to most players but I only just discovered this last night out of curiousity 😄

Will Nurse risk it all for a Can Of Soda ?

Or will she play it smart and safe using patience ?

I hereby declare the bets: OPEN :D

P.s: love your vids and the knife spear (tape or attach a knife to your wood spear, depending on the type of knife) much better durability and is insta kill on headshot. :)
