You have two choices here: either it came from nothing, or it was created by something. The second option cannot help but beg the question of how said ‘creator’ came into being; it’s the same question. If an omnipotent ‘creator’ can either emerge from nothing or have existed for eternity, then so can a universe.

Einstein posited, that Space-Time curves back on itself, because the existence of matter, (Mass), causes Space-Time to bend. (All matter is simply bundled energy). Therefore, the Universe is a closed system. Observed "Red Shift" is of extremely distant objects, is the result of refraction, absorption, reflection, and deflection. and not "Doppler Effect", and therefore, is determined by the distance to the observer. In short: The photons that left an object millions of lightyears distant, are not the same photons we see in a telescope. Time did not have a "Beginning". No "Big Bang" occurred, and the Universe is not "flying apart". No "Beginning" can have occurred from nothing, so the Universe has always existed. . Entropy does not determine the future:  "The death of the Universe" is not happening. Insisting that "Everything had to have a beginning" is fallacy. Asking "How did the Universe get here", or "Where did the Universe come from", is insanely stupid. "Nothing" does not exist. "Nothing" cannot exist by definition. Nobody has ever seen "Nothing". Space is composed of Space-Time-Fabric, and is not "empty". Matter can neither be created nor destroyed.  Molecular-Self-Assembly, and Self Organization are observable facts everywhere in Nature, without the help of any "Holy Ghosts", "Space-Pixies", or "Flying Toasters". The Universe is not a place, it is a dynamic process. Randomness exists everywhere in Nature. Without it, no change could occur; no evolution. An absolutely perfectly ordered Universe, would be a dead Universe. Because Space-Time is curved, no absolutely straight line exists. Every perceived straight line, is part of a curve, and every curve is part of a circle. "Eternity" can ONLY exist as a circle. Everything we observe in Nature exists as part of a cyclical process.

The audio is ok, but please choose either left or right channel, you have a textbook phase cancellation issue here.

'Nothing' is the absence of anything. But if you are insane or crazy 'nothing' is not nothing.
Example: Universe or everything came from nothing.

One problem with Plato's Cave is that _everyone_ thinks that they've left the cave.

What Krauss talks about at the end of this video I would call an ampliative truth sense.

They did Matt so dirty with that thumbnail.

What were they blabbing about? Lots of noise and no real content.

And what was there before the first "step" Dr Krauss described?

If there is a field in empty space then it's not empty.

The nothing is still something though. And too many people think that you mean literal nonexistence when you say "nothing".

See, you don't need all these mental gymnastics if you simply believe The Almighty Creator Allah!

"Nothing exists, except reality."

The universe came from something that Lawrence Krauss calls nothing.

A field of energy (Higgs field) in ostensibly "empty space" is a contradiction. Krauss here kicking the can merely.

There was never nothing, there was always something, either it was lifeless mindless energy that somehow created life and consciousness at some point or God.
And to say you don't need God to create a universe, you're going to have to create a universe to prove it.

So then, HOW did the Universe come into being??

Aquinas said that humans can't have access to direct "per se" proof that God exists because we are finite beings. But we can derive God's existence from his actions which provide indirect proof. Following this reasoning, it would then be logic to be able to see how God could create the universe from nothing, I don't understand how finding out that the universe can pop out from nothing invalidates God's existence ; nothing prevents to see in this, logically speaking, a trace left by the action of God. This is exactly how God is said to have created the world, ex nihilo, from nothing.

What Bible verse says that God created the Universe?

The Holy Bible says, in Genesis 1:1: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." And in verse 25, "And God saw that it was good." It was perfect in every way, for God does not make any mistakes. In Chapter 2 of Genesis is thr account of God creating Adam and Eve.
