Adam and Eve as presented in the story were as innocent as toddlers. They had no knowledge of Good and Evil, and had only one rule ever in their lives so they didn't understand rules and punishment. They also lived pain-free lives of endless comfort and peace. So there is no way to validly claim they made a choice at all, let alone a choice to separate from God.

Also, god lied to them in the story while the serpent was honest, and since God knows everything he knew the serpent would convince them and he could have easily stopped it. So it is entirely his fault.

"Undeniable proof?" I'd settle for ANY testable evidence. I've studied enough psychology to know that witness testimony is the absolute worst, least reliable indicator of events. Human perception and memory are terrible! Then map that onto decades or centuries of transmission of ideas before literacy and we are expected to take those eventual written accounts as reliable? Hardly.

If you believe the Bible, then God knew Adam and Eve would disobey and eat the apple. God knew they would succumb to the snake's urgings. God knew that Adam and Eve would condemn all mankind to eternal damnation. God knew and let it happen anyway. That tells me more about this God than man. Unless the story was just made up to justify religion that advocates you can save yourself by donating money.

In the early parts of the Bible, "faith" meant trusting that God was good.
In later parts, "faith" meant believing that God existed.

Interesting example of how religions split. This guy probably has his Bible on the desk. He did read story of Garden of Eden multiple times. Yet despite being familiar with the story and having it written in front of him, he is still putting his own spin on it. Give him time, and there will be a brand new sect of Christianity implicitly accusing Adam and Eve of refusing to follow God's orders.
